Hoards of London's Italian-loving visitors flocked to Islington's Business Design Centre today in search of their own little slice of Italy...and they weren't disappointed!
Hungry food & drink lovers were treated to a huge range of authentic Italian wine, Grappa, olive oils, meats, cheeses, chocolate, sweets and much more from the country's finest producers...but don't panic, there's plenty more for you to try this weekend.
Valentina Harris and chef friend Giancarlo Caldesi cooked up a storm on La Cucina Itlaliana stage as well as Chef Paolo Palette who joined the team from Imperia, Liguria to demonstate the culinary magic and diverse range of produce from this beautiful region.
Tickets for Saturday and Sunday's sessions are still available but selling fast...and of course the wonderful Gino D'Acampo will be joining us on stage today at 1pm. Don't miss his free book signing at 2pm!

London's favourite, most authentic celebration of all things Italian returns for it's ninth edition this
March (9th – 11th) at Islington's Business Design Centre - opens tomorrow (12pm – 6pm) and on all weekend.
Italian-loving visitors will be treated to a mouth-watering showcase of over 100 exhibitors from authentic food & drink producers from across the regions, idyllic travel destinations, enchanting properties to buy and rent and of course that legendary Italian style – it's quite simply, Italy in a Day!
